- Relevant experience and skills based on the position you are applying for (General Laborer, Carpenter, Foreman, Roofer, Framer, or Siding Installer)
- For skilled positions: ability to read blueprints and use hand and power tools proficiently
- For Foreman roles: leadership and team supervision skills
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn and grow
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to perform other assigned duties
