The Quarters of Mankato is in it last stages! We are finishing up punchlist items and exterior finishes. Here is a picture of 5 of the 8 apartment buildings.

  We will be finishing up the Rochester Quarters Leasing Office in the next couple weeks. This 2 story building has multiple offices, lounge and computer lab on the main floor and apartment units on the second floor.

We've been working on a building renovation in Blooming Prairie for Eagle Prairie Insurance over the last couple months. We've got a few things left to finish up before the month's over. Here are a couple interior pictures of the neat barn door and one of the offices.

Canby Swimming Pool and Bath House will be completed in the next couple months. We will start pouring the exterior concrete flatwork around the pool and install the pool equipment as well as some finishing touches in the bath house.

We started excavation for the new leasing office for the Rochester Quarters early last week. This new leasing office will be a two story building with multiple offices and apartment spaces.

Mohs Contracting hosted an Erosion and Stormwater Management Class this week for our superintendents and excavating contractors. This class certified those who attended for 3 yrs and provided them with the knowledge needed for erosion control on their job sites.
